Ryland Estates Investment Ltd are here to present Trifecta Residences; a proposal for a new residential development located along Bristol Street, Bromsgrove Street and Essex Street.
The development will continue the on-going transformation of Bristol Street and the wider area into a highly desirable city centre neighbourhood. Having owned the plots for several years, family business, Ryland Estates, wish to re-develop and re-invigorate the under-used site leaving their own lasting legacy within Birmingham.

The site is located within a triangular block of buildings bound by Bristol Street, Bromsgrove Street and Essex Street, including specifically 18-64 Bristol Street and 36-38 Essex Street.
The site has excellent transport connectivity, including bus links to all major locations and Birmingham New Street train station a short walk away. All city centre amenities are located within walking distance of the site.
Designed by Stephenson Hamilton Risley Studio, the scheme will be a residential led, mixed-use development comprising of 3 buildings at 40, 10 and 6 storeys providing 550 new homes and opportunities for ground floor shops, restaurants, cafes, businesses, and service uses.
The architects, alongside the wider design team, have developed a contextually rich scheme with a strong focus on the residents - the intention being to create homes, not simply dwellings. All apartments will exceed national space standards, provide a wide variety of apartment options, and include amenities such as co-working spaces, exercise facilities and shared lounges as part of the proposals.

All the homes will benefit from a large natural, biodiverse garden. A combination of walled gardens, terraced landscaping and water features will provide a tranquil place for residents to share and relax.
The area intends to instil a true sense of community while positively greening the city.
A public consultation event took place on 25th July at 18 Bristol Street. A digital copy of the consultation presentation boards is available in the link below.
